Weddings at West Dean College
West Dean College in West Sussex is not just an internationally recognised centre of excellence in conservation and arts education. It is also an idyllic place to exchange your vows with your loved one and to celebrate with your family and friends. Situated just north of historic Chichester, the attractive Grade II* flint-faced manor house is set within a 6,350 acre estate. It includes glorious gardens featuring a walled kitchen garden, a sunken garden and thirteen working Victorian greenhouses. These extensive and richly planted grounds include a stunning 300 foot Edwardian pergola covered in climbing roses, clematis and honeysuckle, and a fifty acre arboretum within parkland. West Dean College really has it all and I thoroughly recommend this stunning wedding venue.
Amy and Robin chose this fantastic venue for their intimate wedding in November and they were a joy to work with. They got married on site in the library and this made for a dramatic backdrop to the photos. For their couple shoot I took them around the around the picturesque arboretum in a golf buggy. This resulted in stunning photos of the newlyweds and they looked amazing in front of the lens. I was really delighted with their kind response upon viewing the finished photos.
