Set in the beautiful town of Hadley in the idyllic Suffolk countryside is the magnificent Priory Hall. This Tudor house is surrounded by peaceful English country gardens, enchanting trees and pretty flower beds that make for a calm and relaxed setting. Weddings here are tailored specifically to suit your needs. There’s no set package to adhere to and no stringent rules on how you have to plan the day which is very refreshing and allows you to make the day your own.
Emily and James were recommended to me from the venue and I was very pleased when they asked me to be their wedding photographer. The day started at Emily’s parents where she and her bridesmaids were made up for the big moment. They travelled to Priory Hall for a wonderful ceremony before being showered with confetti as the drinks reception kicked off outside.

Everyone gathered on the formal lawn to mingle with the couple and I captured a lovely moment between Emily with her grandmother as she congratulated her with pride. Once the couple had had time to chat with most of their guests, I led them around some of the picturesque spots in the garden. They looked very relaxed in front of the camera and I captured some beautiful images for them.
The marquee was the perfect setting for the meal and speeches and the couple had devised a quiz and everyone had a great time attempting to answer all the questions! The wedding continued in style with everyone joining the dance floor in the main house for the first dance and evening party.
