At the foot of the incredible Box Hill you’ll find Burford Bridge Hotel, a stunning venue for weddings that dates back all the way to the 13th century. It was once known as the ‘Fox and Hounds’ but after most of the building was destroyed, many parts of the hotel dating back to the 1600’s remained in tact. After a few name changes in 1905 the name Burford Bridge Hotel finally stuck and the rest is history!
Today Burford Bridge is a lovely wedding venue that lies in a wonderfully picturesque setting so it’s no surprise that Faye and Jack chose this venue for their July wedding.
The couple exchanged their vows at a nearby church before making their was to Burford Bridge in Surrey for the reception. It was a fairly wet day with plenty of rain but the newlyweds joined me outside to get some romantic shots and intimate time away from their guests. The magnificent barn was the attractive setting for the wedding breakfast and speeches before it was transformed for the evening reception.
I had an amazing day working with Faye and Jack at Burford Bridge and I was really pleased with the resulting images. I was delighted with their reaction to their images…….
