Wotton House is located in Dorking and certainly has the wonderful ‘wow’ factor! It’s set within beautifully manicured gardens, featuring a secret walled garden and temples and streams with quaint bridges. Both the main house and the gardens are Grade II listed and along with the stunning 17th-century architecture Wotton House is a spectacular wedding venue for backdrops that I always love shooting at.
Laura and David were recommended to me for their wedding February and what an amazing day it was. Working alongside my second photographer Alicia we started the day capturing each of them getting ready. Everyone was instantly very relaxed in front of the camera and this made for some great images from the outset. The ceremony took place in the historical Old Library with the evening reception in the Evelyn Suite. The beautiful sun was shining brightly all day long making this February Winter wedding almost feel like mid Summer!
We absolutely loved working with Laura and David and I managed to get their finished images to them just before they left for their honeymoon a couple of weeks later………..
