As featured on the TV progamme “Say yes to the dress”
When Miki and Simon got in touch to enquire about possible dates that I may be available for their wedding in France next year I was absolutely gutted that I was already booked for all of them! Nevertheless they asked me to capture their engagement shoot instead so we headed to the local park for some relaxed shots of the two of them to get them used to being in front of the camera. They are a lovely couple and very natural so made for the perfect subjects.
With heavy rain forecast we agreed to meet a little earlier in the afternoon and with the overcast sky this made for some lovely soft tones and flattering light, which is what attracted them to my work initially! Miki is a yoga instructor and so for a laugh we managed to also slip a bit of that in at the end of the shoot! They were a pleasure to work with and it’s such a shame that I didn’t have any dates free for their wedding. Here are some of the images from the shoot………
