The majestic Wotton House is situated deep in the picturesque Surrey hills and as you approach along the enchanted driveway leading up to this fantastic setting you’ll understand why so many couples instantly fall in love with this beautiful venue. It’s very highly regarded as one of Surrey’s most exclusive wedding venues and has received many awards and accolades over the years and it’s not difficult to see why.
The 17th century architecture along with the magnificent temples and ponds are just some of the wonderful backdrops that can make up the beautiful images of your dream wedding day.
Set within 13 acres of pristine grounds this Grade II Listed country house is complemented with manicured topiary hedges, pretty flowers and streamlined pathways that shape the stunning grounds. The gardens look immaculate and are well maintained all year round with each season introducing a whole new colour palette.
This fantastic couple got hitched in the Summer and exchanged their vows in their local church before heading to Wotton House for their wedding reception. The grounds looked serene and very atmospheric so I took the newly married couple on a lap of the gardens for some beautiful backdrops to their images.
Their wedding breakfast and evening reception took place in the elegant Evelyn suite which looked dazzling and compliments a white wedding perfectly. Just after the sun went down we headed outside one last time for some lovely evening photos against the romantic night sky.
At night the temples and fountain are beautifully sculpted with up lighters and I love to compliment that with my own lighting to create something magical that the couple will love.
