The serene walled gardens lead onto rolling meadows, and narrow paths deliver long views of formal topiary and clipped lawns. Alternatively, there are dramatic backdrops featuring sculptures, fountains and exposed stonework, or the formal rose and knot gardens surrounded by evergreen hedges. In the middle of it all is an impressive marble Verona fountain.
Ceremonies at Nymans
The Italian-style Loggia, licensed for weddings and civil ceremonies, is a gothic building with roses clad arches. Set within the Sunk Garden and containing striking floral displays, intimate ceremonies of 30 guests can take place here or, for larger weddings, an unlimited number of additional guests can be seated in front on the secluded lawns. Alternatively, champagne can be served here after the ceremony, before you and your guests make their way through the gardens to a hill top meadow, where a large marquee reception can be held. Your wedding photographs can be taken anywhere in the garden, and you’ll certainly be ensured of a day to remember.
