Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel is a magnificent and charming Victorian Manor House that is Grade II listed and surrounded by beautifully well-kept gardens. It’s a joy to photography weddings at this beautiful estate and I’m always excited to return to this exquisite setting in Surrey. The Hotel features elegant interiors with period architecture and oozes charm and sophistication with its original oak staircase and ornate fireplace. These elements combine to create a wonderful backdrop for your special day.
Petra and John’s wedding photos at Frimley Hall
Petra and John are a really lovely couple who opted for a small, intimate wedding in the delightful Frimley Suite and Lounge. After their romantic ceremony and some time to sip champagne, I took the married couple around the stunning gardens for some time away from their guests. They were great in front of the camera and very relaxed, which resulted in some lovely natural images.
I thoroughly enjoyed taking images of Petra and John on the magnificent staircase, and I pulled out my flashguns to create some dramatic images with lots of highlights and shadows. This style of photography adds a real atmosphere to the pictures and ensures the bride and groom have some unique memories of their big day.
Working with this amazing couple was fantastic, and I’m very thankful to them for choosing me to capture their special day at Frimley Hall. I really appreciated their kind words when they saw the wedding images from the day.
