The wedding at Burford Bridge
Miri and Luke are an absolutely fantastic couple. They married in August of this year! They exchanged their vows at a local church amongst their many friends and family, with their reception taking place later at Burford Bridge. I met Miri by chance when she was working part-time at another wedding venue some years ago, and we instantly hit it off. It was lovely to hear from her some 18 months later when she put the wheels in motion for her own wedding and asked me to be her wedding photographer at Burford Bridge.
Miri is now an actress and Luke a musician, and it’s always great to work with other creatives. For their couple shoot, we trekked headed out of Burford Bridge and up Box Hill for some romantic shots of the two of them with stunning panoramic views across the Surrey hills.

We then ran down Box Hill to the Burford Bridge barn for the speeches, and it was clear to everyone how completely in love they were, with lots of smiles and tears filling the room. From the preparations in the morning to their amazing first dance routine in the evening, it was wonderful to capture their pure excitement and joy. Upon receiving their image gallery after their honeymoon, I received this lovely email. I’m so grateful to them for having me along to Burford Bridge.
