Ashley and Sean tied the knot at the beautiful Wotton House Hotel in Dorking. Surrounded by the picturesque Surrey Hills, it’s one of my all-time favourite venues to shoot at and it felt great to return there for an Autumnal wedding.
The ceremony unfolded in the atmospheric Old Library, adorned gracefully with twinkling fairy lights around the columns. This space created a magical backdrop for their vows and the newlyweds walked down the aisle to a shower of confetti from their excited guests.
Despite the forecasted rain, we headed outside for their intimate couple portraits around elegant gardens, with the lush green surroundings allowing for stunning compositions. The opulent Evelyn Suite, with its scenic views of the garden, provided a delightful room for the meal and evening celebrations that followed. The singing waiters made an unexpected appearance, prompting cheers and impromptu dancing to a series of 80’s hits. After the cake-cutting, Ashley and Sean ignited the dance floor with their epic first dance which really got the dancing off to a great start. As the evening unfolded, I took the couple outside for enchanting evening shots around the Temple beneath the beautiful starry night sky.
