Not only is Murray an amazing photographer, he is a really nice guy. I was worried i'd feel awkward having my photo taken on our wedding day but Murray doesn't make you feel awkward at all. Even when doing the bridal portraits I felt so at ease. During the wedding you don't even realise he's there yet he somehow manages to capture every detail. When our photos came back there were lovely candid pictures of things I hadn't even realised he had captured. I would recommended him to anyone I know planning a wedding and will be doing so in the future!

We are absolutely thrilled with Murray's work for our wedding, and it was such a pleasure to work with him and get to know him over the day. We couldn't have wished for a more talented photographer or a more wonderful person to work with - many of our guests noticed his star quality too.The portfolio he made for us was honestly a work of art: unique, personal, effortlessly beautiful, totally congruent in style but with tons of interest and variety at the same time. However what impressed us the most was the way he adapted so quickly and confidently to challenges on the day. We had pretty awful weather (constant rain, dark clouds) and had little hope of getting the garden shots we hoped for, but he kept such a close eye on the weather and found us the half hour we needed. The shots he captured speak for themselves. His attention to detail was unmatched, too - he removed stray raindrops from my husband's suit that we hadn't even spotted!All the reviews on here also summarise our experience - Murray confidently found the best possible shots in the most unobtrusive way, led the family shots incredibly efficiently when we were running out of time (and they were beyond stunning), led the videographer to get seamless coverage of the day, captured the most special of candid moments without us even noticing, and supported us to the hilt throughout the whole process.Thank you so much Murray - you truly were the star of the show / hero of the hour / MVP, and you have given us a gift we will always treasure!

We had Murray Clarke Photography for our December Wedding and it was the best decision! Our photos were incredible, Murray's photos captured everything so well, they really told the story of our day. I cannot recommend Murray enough! His nature, his communication, his professionalism.. none can be faulted.I was quite nervous and am not good posing for photos at all, but with Murray I felt so at ease from the beginning. He seamlessly blended into the day, completely unobtrusive, capturing some fab natural photographs.He also worked very well with our videographer throughout the day.We could not be happier with our photos (love the style) & we’ve had great feedback from our guests!I highly recommend choosing Murray for your celebration 🙂

Murray photographed our wedding and did the most amazing job - his photos were absolutely beautiful! He sent them over just 11 days after the wedding (way quicker than agreed or expected) and we were just so delighted with them. My partner used to be a wedding videographer so we had a high standard but he absolutely managed it. Also just a lovely person and did a great job to not be intrusive during the wedding. We are so happy we chose Murray to capture our wedding day! We’d seen his work before and were already impressed, so booking him was an easy decision and he absolutely exceeded our expectations.From the very beginning, Murray was easy to work with. He was calm, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with in the lead-up to the wedding. On the day itself, he blended in so naturally, making everyone feel completely at ease - especially us!We also hired a content creator and Murray worked really well with her and they complemented each others work and gave us the right mix of images and videos we wanted for our wedding.He captured a great balance of candid and posed shots and he directed us really well with how to pose, especially as we are not very natural in front of a camera!We’ve had so many compliments from guests on how lovely and unobtrusive he was on the day, and even more about how amazing the photos turned out. We had the absolute pleasure of having Murray as our photographer on our wedding day. Both my (now) husband and I are especially camera shy people, coupled with a shared interest in photography, which meant we had high hopes for our wedding photos but were worried our awkwardness would prevail. But Murray was incredibly friendly yet professional and managed to capture our day beautifully, surpassing all expectations. If you are looking for soft, romantic photographs for your big day, I can’t recommend him enough. He was able to put at us ease, had incredible vision and was able to direct us smoothly. He was able to capture fleeting moments of perfect natural lighting and used his environment to every advantage! He managed to get some photos of guests I didn’t think he had a chance of getting photos of as they are especially camera adverse - not just photos, but photos of them smiling and laughing. I am so grateful to Murray for capturing our day so we can remember it exactly how it felt in the years to come!

We loved our wedding photos taken by Murray! He worked brilliantly alongside our videographer and helped to guide us through the day. He was chatty and friendly to us and our guests. Amazing! Is the only way to describe Murray! From booking and prep calls up to our big day, Murray was there to answer any questions and listen to all the details and his work just proves his attention to details and skills, all of our photos captured the moment perfectly! And beautifully edited and make reliving the day such an amazing experience! He got the best reactions and some candid pictures we didn’t know we needed! Murray was absolutely amazing, we had the pleasure of booking him for our wedding at Botleys Mansion in May. He is super professional and lovely to work with. He captured all of the best moments of the day and always felt we were in the best hands when it came to getting our shots. All the photos that came through were gorgeous and I love how on top of being able to share the album digitally he has the option to create physical albums to keep and give to family.

Murray is an incredible wedding photographer! From our initial zoom call to our engagement shoot to our wedding day, he’s been so professional and understanding. When we included our dog in our engagement shoot and as ring bearer on our wedding day. Murray took it all in his stride and got some great shots (even with some moments of havoc by our dog!). On the day, he seamlessly co-ordinated with our videographer and other suppliers. Also, we had a pretty last-minute request for some sparkler photos with the guests which he took charge of brilliantly, giving everyone the instructions for some epic shots. When we look at our photos we’re amazed at how he captured the moments of the day - both posed and spontaneous. Murray really went the extra mile to set up and capture some incredible evening photos for us, even after we had our couple photoshoot in the afternoon. Our guests have gushed about how great the photos are and we are sure these photos will be happy memories that will last us a lifetime!

Murray recently photographed our wedding, and we can safely say he was an outstanding photographer. From the start of the day, right through until the evening, he knew exactly how to capture every moment. He was there whilst the bridesmaids were getting ready and captured some amazing photos of the group (ladies - have no fear - he even knows how to fluff a train!) During the family photographs, he was incredibly patient and knew how to work with the group to get the shots we wanted. All the way through into the evening, there wasn’t a moment that we didn’t see him taking beautiful photographs.Murray was amazing at adapting to the environment, no matter the situation. When the weather took a turn for the worse, Murray took hold of the situation and ran with it. He used innovative poses and backdrops which ensured we still got the natural outdoors photos we wanted whilst keeping us as dry as possible!Throughout the day, Murray managed to slip through the venue, taking some great candid and natural photographs, which were exactly what we wanted from the day. Many of our guests commented that they forgot he was here, which was a great sentiment to the strengths Murray has as a photographer. It was a perfect blend of posed and natural photographs, capturing the moments perfectly. He also worked brilliantly with our videographer.We have already recommended Murray to multiple friends. For any couples currently looking for a photographer for their big day, we can’t recommend Murray enough.

Murray was an absolutely fantastic addition to our special day, and almost five months later our guests are still raving about Murray and the resulting photographs. Murray was somehow absolutely everywhere, capturing moments from all angles, whilst also being the least intrusive individual in the room - I was shocked to see so many intimate photographs of the day when we were hardly aware of Murray’s presence. Moreover, Murray travelled a great distance to our venue, which I do not believe he had previously shot at, and still managed to hit the nail on the head with the venue and vibe! Guests found Murray warm and engaging and I have nothing but positive things to say, everything you would want in a wedding photographer.. and more!! Highly recommend.

We selected Murray as our Wedding photographer and we could not be happier with the results. Murray truly is a phenomenal photographer (as I'm sure you can see from his portfolio and 5 star reviews).One of the things that really stood out for us when we first selected him was his emphasis on natural shots rather than poses/ group shots (which suited us down to the ground). The resulting pictures were testament to this as he was able to capture so many special interactions throughout the course of the day. He put a real focus on the children present as well, and captured some fantastic shots.I would hugely recommend Murray !

Murray did a superb job capturing our wedding day earlier this year in May. We received our wedding album whilst on our honeymoon and we were blown away with how stunning the photos were. Murray Clarke is one of the best wedding photographers out there! When we had our first call we instantly knew that we wanted to go with him as he offered a very relaxed and natural approach to photography which was important to us. As someone who isn’t very comfortable having their photo taken, I was a bit anxious, but Murray is excellent at putting you at ease and blending in with guests so you don’t even know you’re having a picture taken, which has resulted in some exceptional shots of our big day! Murray also reverted back to us very quickly with the full gallery of our wedding pictures, which we have shared with family and friends who absolutely love all the pictures too. Would 100% recommend Murray to anyone looking to hire a professional yet relaxed photographer!

Murray was hired to shoot our wedding. This man is a true gentleman. He blended in with the crowd, there were times you wouldn't of known he was there, other than he's Indiana Jones style leather straps he uses for his cameras. I discovered Murray via my venue's Instagram account and decided to look him up. I absolutely loved his natural style of photography and enquired, and luckily he was free on our wedding date in August this year. If there were a Patron Saint of Photography for the modern era, then Murray is it! An exquisite eye for detail and balance, nothing is too much trouble, he puts an incredible amount of work and thought into getting the right shot and then the post production treatments are meltingly lush.. atmosphere and life oozes from the image, yet it is a still image. Murray is highly professional, responds to every query using his depth of knowledge and experience and will listen and then solve every request. Murray is very interpersonal yet manages to take photos and you might not even realise that he is there... as I say.. I think he really is a Saint!

Having great photos to capture our wedding day was very important to us. We chose Murray as we loved other images he had captured for couples. He was warm and friendly with a great sense of humour thank goodness! He was unobtrusive and listened to what we asked for. We decided we only wanted four hours of photos as we were on a tight budget but we were so thrilled with the resulting images of us and our guests. Searching for a photographer was quite a daunting task but after viewing Murray’s portfolio, booking him as our wedding photographer was the easiest decision we made for our big day. From our first email correspondence, Murray was extremely efficient and highly organised with prompt responses.A talented photographer, he also has a professional and impressive work ethic. For our engagement shoot, he was adaptable with his schedule and dates (a helpful bonus given the unpredictable UK weather) and listened to our preferences. What incredible photos and a what an amazing photographer! We couldn't give a stronger recommendation.Murray did an absolutely brilliant job from our first contact with him. We saw his photos online and immediately sent him an email to check his availability. Murray replied quickly and set up a Skype call to get to know us and what we wanted. He was polite, professional, prompt, and clearly understood what we were after. He was also very organised and provided helpful forms to complete to identify key members of the wedding party, and to work out the order in which to take formal photos.On the big day, Murray arrived promptly to take some photos of my wife and her bridesmaids getting ready. He then travelled to the ceremony and took some fantastic shots of people arriving. He was professional throughout the day and clearly knew who was who. He was also very understanding of our priorities for the day and ensured we enjoyed ourselves whilst still getting some photos of us alone.One real highlight for us was that Murray was happy to stay very late into the evening (until carriages) and so got some fantastic photos of the dance-floor as the night progressed. This was quite a last-minute ask from us and so we were very fortunate that he was keen to do this, particularly as it meant working a fourteen hour day. This long day didn't impact his work and he still had the same energy by the end of the night.Overall, an incredible job!! Looking back through the photos once they'd been developed brought back some fantastic memories. We could tell from Murray's previous photos that he'd be excellent for our wedding but he managed to surpass expectations. Great work.

From our initial meeting with Murray, he put us totally at ease and we knew straight away he would be the perfect photographer for our wedding. He manages to blend in and is lightning fast in capturing those candid photos of the big day. He also knows how to stage absolutely stunning shots using both natural light and flash lighting in ways average photographers wouldn't even think of. He quite literally stood in a snowy ditch at one point just to get the perfect angle. The final shots he sent us are absolutely amazing and we couldn't be happier with them.

Little did we know when we booked Murray and Alicia we were in for a white wedding. They battled through the snow and freezing temperatures to capture the most perfect images for us. Murray was a fantastic photographer. Not only were the images he produced beautiful, they really captured the day and he went to special effort to make sure he got good snaps of pretty much all our guests as well. He was great to work with - really relaxed and professional - and several people commented on the day how good they thought he was at blending in, yet still getting the good shots. We had high expectation when we looked at Murray's online portfolio at the first place and Murray had exceeded that expectation. Me, my husband, our family and friends all love the wedding photos and the engagement photos he delivered.Murray's photos tell a story of our wedding better than I could ever do. He captured all the precious moments without being obtrusive. We could barely notice him being around at the ceremony and the reception, yet when we looked back at the photos, he recorded even the smallest beautiful details.We received the photos really quickly. When we browsed through the photos, they were more like a movie. I don't know what's the best way to describe them, but you'll know it when you see it - it's a true documentation of everyone's happiness, not just lots of beautiful photos together, which I think is what great wedding photos should be.

Murray and his sister Alicia did a fantastic job taking photos! I loathe having my photo taken but quite quickly I felt comfortable and wanted to pose! The group shots were all great which I was amazed by because none of my family enjoy photographs! For the rest of the time I didn't even notice any camera's which is what Murray promised and he delivered. My husband and I both love the photos as do our families and friends. Murray is an absolutely brilliant photographer and you will not be disappointed with the results if you choose him to be your wedding photographer. When we met with Murray for the first time, he was extremely professional but also really friendly and easy to get on with. We both loved his style of photography; lots of natural shots and a creative flair of using the surroundings to enhance the images. On the day, he was brilliant at getting all the pre arranged shots done quickly, allowing us time with our guests and put so much effort into achieving the perfect shot, that the results are so incredible. Me and my husband do not particularly like having our photos taken, but Murray put us at ease and made us feel so comfortable, that we didn't even notice he was there shooting away. Matt and I met Murray last summer after finding him on Google and reading all the fantastic reviews about his work. After meeting him we knew instantly we wanted him to capture our day. He photographed our wedding and celebrations on that wonderfully warm weekend in April. Bright sunshine is not the easiest environment to photograph in but Murray overcame this with ease. He was an absolute pleasure to have as our photographer. We were over the moon with the photographs which we received a month later. Murray managed to perfectly execute the balance between capturing all the special moments, but without feeling an overwhelming presence of a photographer snapping away. Our photographs tell a story of our wedding weekend which allows us to relive it again and again. We would work with him again in an instant. We chose Murray to be our wedding photographer when we got married in September 2016. We quickly established that the photographer is one of (if not the) the most important suppliers to select and we were so very pleased we chose Murray. He has a delightful and calming manner that really helped us relax in front of camera and made what can be a chore on the big day as much as it can be. We would recommend getting him to do an engagement shoot so you can get used to being photographed together (not something we'd ever really done). He proved to be an expert in the art of blending into the background and snapping away without us knowing. He is an expert with lighting and natural/contemporary wedding shots, which is exactly what we asked for. Many of our guests complimented us on his personable manner and the unobtrusive way he went about our business. He also delivered our wedding photos in good time and kept in good contact in the build up to the big day. We thoroughly recommend!

We have just received our wedding photos from September this year and we have been blown away by how fantastic they are. I had researched a few photographers for our wedding but I instantly felt at ease with Murray and felt he had a good understanding of what we were after. We used Murray Clarke as our wedding photographer on 30th July 2015. I would definitely recommend him as a photographer - the whole experience was simple, stress free and no hassle. We booked Murray and his assistant Alicia for the whole day and they have captured everything you would want from your day. They were amazingly patient with all of our crazy demands and managed to circulate all of the guests and get some really amazing candid shots without getting in anyone's way or being too obvious. A number of guests remarked on how good they were at capturing the shots without being in any way obtrusive.Murray delivered our photographs to us as a web link much faster than we had anticipated - which was a lovely bonus, especially as we got married in peak wedding season!! The USB also followed with rapid speed. A few edits we wanted to make to the photos were also done incredibly quickly.It was a pleasure to have Murray and Alicia at our wedding and I would recommend them without question.

We are beyond thrilled with Murray's contribution to our wedding day...and we were over the moon with him before we even saw the photos!Murray was everything we wanted our photographer to be and so much more. Our family and friends loved him (that rapport is so important if you want good photos!) and he blended right in, making everyone super comfortable. We wanted a natural (non-posed), creative account of our big day and Murray totally nailed it. I honestly think his presence made us all look more attractive, too!The photographs themselves are stunning, to the extent that we'll be reliving our big day through them for years to come without a single flinch or "oh dear, what was I doing?". Totally natural, in-the-moment shots and full of all the mojo we felt on the day.If you need a music photographer, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Murray either! We are both musicians and live performances were a big part of our day. Murray captured it all perfectly, even in tricky low-light conditions later in the evening. Murray photographed our wedding in June 2015, and the pictures are absolutely amazing!! From our initial meeting last year, our engagement shoot, and on our wedding day itself, Murray was very professional, friendly, and really understanding.We had our engagement shoot in Richmond Park, and even though we were feeling nervous, Murray really put us at ease and helped us to feel comfortable in front of the camera. He put so much effort in to capturing the light to achieve the best photographs, even if that meant virtually standing in a stream!Murray is clearly very talented and skilled at what he does. Murray photographed our wedding in May 2015. I cannot fault his dedication and he is clearly passionate about his job as a wedding photographer. He works so hard on the day and from the photos you'd think he was in several places at once, yet we barely noticed him taking the reportage style shots. Quite a skill!The photos are beautiful, he captured all the key aspects of our day and we can't wait to receive the album. All our guests have complimented us on our photos and commented on how good Murray was on our day.We also had an engagement shoot with Murray. We found this incredibly helpful to get used to being photographed and working with Murray. He quickly put us at ease and produced some beautiful shots of us. He went to great lengths to capture the perfect shots - at one point involved him lying on the ground, on a chilly spring evening to capture us silhouetted in front of the sunset.We'd thoroughly recommend Murray as a wedding photographer. Our wedding photographs are absolutely stunning! And choosing Murray to shoot our wedding pics was probably the single best decision we made for our wedding because now we have a wonderful set of photographs which will last forever!And here are our reasons:- Great skills: he really knows how to 'capture the moment' with his photography. He doesn't just take pics, anyone can do that. Murray however has great skill and uses impressive techniques to really capture and document the moment though his photography.- Very professional, from start to finish. Murray is timely, considerate and polite!- Highly discreet, never once did we feel like we had a camera permanently in our faces. Somehow he manages to take stunning snaps without us noticing he was there- Extremely creative, his pictures have a 'dream like romantic' quality to them. It's hard to describe, but when you see his work you'll know exactly what we mean. The colouring of his pics are soooo soft and beautiful and they made us look stunning!- Well put together, one noticeable thing to call out is that Murray was impeccably dressed on the day. Complete with bow tie! We loved that! Small point to make but we think it’s a good point to make nonetheless. He just blended in discreetly with our guests.Those are our main points but I'll go on to explain some of our points further below...From the beginning right up until the very end, working with Murray has been a pleasure and a breeze. Before we chose Murray we had a Skype chat with him to e-meet each other and from there we knew he was the man for the job. We found Murray to be insightful, caring, extremely professional and above all it was clear to see from day one that he was above all else passionate about photography. From then on it was kind of a no brainer that we just had to have him take our wedding pictures.We found Murray to have a very keen eye for detail and when he joined us to do a site visit at our venue, his ideas and suggestions of how and where we could take photos just came flooding in. Needless to say, when we left we were beaming! And we could really visualize how our wedding day could be captured.On the actual day of our wedding, Murray arrived at my hotel to take the 'getting ready shots'. My bridesmaids and I personally found him very discreet and unobtrusive. Which was a dream! It was like he wasn't there which meant everyone in my hotel room felt at ease and in turn we got some really great pics of us getting ready.We received our photos from Murray in record timing. Just a little over a week of our wedding. And whilst we looked back on them there were a lot of 'awwwwwwwww' moments. Every picture was great and impressive. Murray photographed our wedding at Farnham Castle at the end of March this year. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Non intrusive and very creative, finding lots to photograph at the venue to capture the spirit of the castle and also managing to capture the whole day perfectly from preparations through to the first dance and start of the dancing.The photos are just amazing, it's quite difficult to put in to words! Murray photographed our wedding at the end of march at Clandon Park and he did an absolutely fabulous job!! He made us feel so at home when around him and able to experiment with ideas we had for both our engagement shoot and wedding shots. I have to start by saying that Murray has become a good friend of mine over the last year or so, and that we share the same passion, wedding photography! I recently took on the role of second shooter at two of Murray's winter weddings and I'm so glad I did. Murray's approach to wedding photography is quite simply brilliant. He has bags of energy, an unlimited supply of enthusiasm and an amazing armoury of posing knowledge. It was a true pleasure having Murray photograph our Wedding in January. We had a bit of a different theme and were located at a campsite in the middle of winter - so we were really hoping to find a photographer who could understand our vision and capture the style of the day perfectly.Murray was so professional and easy to work with, he made my husband and I feel so comfortable all day, even when we were taking lots of photos in the cold! He was able to get all the special moments of the day as well as some of the moments we wouldn't have seen. We would definitely recommend Murray to everyone! What an absolutely outstanding photographer!! We are blown away by all of our photos and are still struggling to pick ones for an album as we really do love them all.We got married in the South of France but upon a recommendation from a friend and having seen some of Murrays other work; we knew we wanted him to shoot our wedding from the start.From the first meeting 8 months before, it was clear Murray is passionate about all aspects of photography. He had already researched the venue and came to us with ideas and even knew the time of sunset on our wedding day. I think this is one of the many reasons his images are so beautiful; he understands natural light and how to use it.Murray is so hard working, he literally didn’t stop from early in the morning until well into the evening showing true professionalism at all times, yet remaining friendly, approachable and having fun with the guests. Everyone felt relaxed as the camera was never in your face, with the majority of the time you not even realising he was there. We were lucky enough to have Murray as our wedding photographer in July 2014. Murray captured great shots throughout the day ranging from casual spur of the moment shots to some superb artistic shots using shadows and the sunset. Things ran a little over at our reception but Murray stayed around longer to make sure he captured first dance and the band. In the build-up to the wedding we were able to liaise with Murray using Skype, which was very handy.We would certainly recommend Murray to anyone.

We found Murray through a google search but he quickly stood out from the crowd when we took a look at the photos on his website. Murray does an amazing job of 'telling the story of the day' and we were really happy that he was free to photograph our wedding day. Murray was very pleasant, helpful and easy to work with on the run up to our big day and spent plenty of time getting to know us. On the day itself he was very friendly with all our family and guests and put everyone, including us, at ease. A number of guests at the wedding commented on how nice he was! Most importantly we are absolutely delighted with the photos from our wedding. It was a very very happy and emotional day and Murray captured all of this, and more. The photos are really beautiful, both the 'posed' group shots and the many many unposed photos from the morning to the early evening. We are not naturals at posing for the camera but Murray did his best to put us at ease during the short 'couple shoot' that we did and, somewhat to our surprise, we were really happy with the results. Lots of people have already said how wonderful the photos are and I am sure we will have many more compliements in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Murray if you are looking for someone with an individual style and who is easy to work with.

When I started looking for a photographer for my wedding I couldn't really describe what I wanted, but knew I wanted 'moments' captured, Murray knew exactly what I meant and his gentle demeanour instantly put me at ease. I am not at ease in front of a camera and am always self critical of myself in photos, so I wasn't the easiest of clients I'm sure. I have just looked at my photos for the first time, and I am so happy, he has captured every precious, fun, emotional moment, I feel like I'm re-living the day.....and you know what, I even think I look beautiful in my photos, thank you Murray!

I found Murray by doing a google search and was really impressed with how comfortable and relaxed the people were in his photography. This was my first photos shoot so I didn't really know what to expect. I got in touch with him and booked my photo shoot, and all I could do was wait and hope that I had chosen the right guy. On the day, I felt immediately at ease, as Murray was so relaxed and friendly. He was extremely patient with me and took the time to get the right angles, poses and lighting so that I looked my best. I will definitely make this an annual event, and will be using Murray every time.

I found Murray via a Photographer in Surrey search in Google. There were so many to choose from and after looking into several different websites I came across Murray's. We looked at his work and after meeting him decided to book him as our photographer for our wedding along with an engagement shoot. My fiancée was very nervous about the engagement shoot but within 10 minutes of shooting it was like we had known the guy for ages, so easy going and relaxed. (He even brought water and snacks along to the shoot if we needed them!!) The photo turnaround was very quick and watching them on my 47" TV at home the quality of them was unreal. So happy and as you can imagine my wife to be has already got one of them made into a canvas for the flat! Couldn't recommend him more! Murray recently took portrait photos of my 6 month old son, which me and my partner also had a few family ones done as well. From the moment I met Murray he was so warm and helpful and throughout the shoot he let us go at our own pace taking breaks when we needed to. When I received the photos I absolutely loved every single one of them!!! He did such a amazing job capturing our sons cheeky little personality and editing them with different folders on the CD with different effects on the photos e.g. Black & white and vintage. On the weekend I showed my friends and family the photos and they all said they were stunning, would highly recommend him to everyone looking for amazing family/ baby photos! I will be ringing Murray for our next family photo session without a doubt, hopefully when baby number 2 is on its way 🙂 I am getting married in St Lucia in October and its a shame I cant fit him in my suitcase so he could take my wedding photos!

We were first introduced to Murray by my Husbands sister when we were looking for a wedding photographer. My friend Lucinda recommended Murray to Ted and I after she'd had some great model portrait shots done by him. We were immediately impressed when we met him and saw the range of his work. We didn't want conventional wedding shots, but something a bit more arty and creative. He intuitively knew what we wanted, came up with some great ideas and the results were fabulous. We returned from our honeymoon to find that the pictures had arrived and we were absolutely thrilled with them! Murray was very friendly throughout and he captured the day beautifully. We hardly even noticed him being there most of the time and he blended in very well. We simply can't recommend him enough and have passed his details on to several friends who were equally as impressed. He is clearly very passionate about his work and I'm really glad we chose him :).

My partner and I had a special photoshoot with Murray Clarke as a Valentines present to each other. Murray was great at helping us decide on a location and style for the shoot and his expertise were invaluable in helping us visualise what we could expect the finished photos to look. Murray is an incredible wedding photographer! From our initial Zoom call to our engagement shoot to our wedding day, he’s been so professional and understanding. When we included our dog in our engagement shoot and as ring bearer on our wedding day. Murray took it all in his stride and got some great shots (even with some moments of havoc by our dog!). On the day, he seamlessly coordinated with our videographer and other suppliers. Also, we had a pretty last-minute request for some sparkler photos with the guests which he took charge of brilliantly, giving everyone the instructions for some epic shots. When we look at our photos we’re amazed at how he captured the moments of the day – both posed and spontaneous. Murray really went the extra mile to set up and capture some incredible evening photos for us, even after we had our couple photoshoot in the afternoon. Our guests have gushed about how great the photos are and we are sure these photos will be happy memories that will last us a lifetime!

Murray recently photographed our wedding, and we can safely say he was an outstanding photographer. From the start of the day, right through until the evening, he knew exactly how to capture every moment. He was there whilst the bridesmaids were getting ready and captured some amazing photos of the group (ladies – have no fear – he even knows how to fluff a train!) During the family photographs, he was incredibly patient and knew how to work with the group to get the shots we wanted. All the way through into the evening, there wasn’t a moment that we didn’t see him taking beautiful photographs. Murray was amazing at adapting to the environment, no matter the situation. When the weather took a turn for the worse, Murray took hold of the situation and ran with it. He used innovative poses and backdrops which ensured we still got the natural outdoors photos we wanted whilst keeping us as dry as possible! Throughout the day, Murray managed to slip through the venue, taking some great candid and natural photographs, which were exactly what we wanted from the day. Many of our guests commented that they forgot he was here, which was a great sentiment to the strengths Murray has as a photographer. It was a perfect blend of posed and natural photographs, capturing the moments perfectly. He also worked brilliantly with our videographer. We have already recommended Murray to multiple friends. For any couples currently looking for a photographer for their big day, we can’t recommend Murray enough.

We selected Murray as our Wedding photographer and we could not be happier with the results. Murray truly is a phenomenal photographer (as I’m sure you can see from his portfolio and 5-star reviews). When we had our first call we instantly knew that we wanted to go with him as he offered a very relaxed and natural approach to photography which was important to us. I discovered Murray via my venue’s Instagram account and decided to look him up. If there were a Patron Saint of Photography for the modern era, then Murray is it! An exquisite eye for detail and balance, and nothing is too much trouble, he puts an incredible amount of work and thought into getting the right shot and then the post-production treatments are meltingly lush.. atmosphere and life oozes from the image, yet it is a still image. Murray is highly professional, responds to every query using his depth of knowledge and experience and will listen and then solve every request. Murray is an amazing photographer! He managed to capture the magic and joy of our big day in the pictures he took. He made everyone in the room feel at ease when he was taking their picture. I didn’t envy his task of trying to juggle everyone for the group shots, especially when our family kept on wandering off 🙂 Murray always replied promptly to all our emails and queries running up to our wedding day. A quick thinker, Murray managed to make the most of the indoor backdrops of our venue as Storm Dennis unfortunately denied us many shots outside. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone. By far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

We are so happy to have chosen Murray as our photographer for our special day. On the day he was professional and friendly. He put myself and my bridesmaids at ease from the start. My two year old little girl is normally shy around people she don’t know but Murray was fantastic with her and she happily posed for the camera for him. Having great photos to capture our wedding day was very important to us. We chose Murray as we loved other images he had captured for couples. He was warm and friendly with a great sense of humour thank goodness! He was unobtrusive and listened to what we asked for. Searching for a photographer was quite a daunting task but after viewing Murray’s portfolio, booking him as our wedding photographer was the easiest decision we made for our big day. From our first email correspondence, Murray was extremely efficient and highly organised with prompt responses. A talented photographer, he also has a professional and impressive work ethic. For our engagement shoot, he was adaptable with his schedule and dates (a helpful bonus given the unpredictable UK weather) and listened to our preferences. On the day of the wedding, Murray continued to be reliable, patient and friendly. He paid meticulous attention to detail and captured the most candid moments. Indeed, he went above and beyond the duties of a photographer by taking the time to put the bride at ease and even helped to make announcements to organise the guests. Finding a good photographer was, without a doubt, one of the most important things for us as we planned and organised our wedding. When we found Murray’s website we immediately had a good feeling. We ultimately decided to trust our instincts and book him, and we are very glad that we did. On the day itself, he fit in well, not just as a photographer blending into the background, but as a guest at our wedding. He was warm, easy to chat with, and supportive, helping to organise our guests at key parts of the day. We got the photos of our wedding back from Murray and Alicia last night, and we are blown away by how fantastic they are! Looking at them made me cry (with happiness!), and it’s amazing to have these memories captured in this way forever. Murray and Alicia captured our wedding at Ramster Hall so beautifully, and they were such a lovely presence on the day too – really positive, helpful, and calm. I couldn’t believe some of the moments they’d captured when I had no idea they were even there at the time. What incredible photos and what an amazing photographer! We couldn’t give a stronger recommendation. Murray did an absolutely brilliant job from our first contact with him. We saw his photos online and immediately sent him an email to check his availability. Murray replied quickly and set up a Skype call to get to know us and what we wanted. He was polite, professional, prompt, and clearly understood what we were after. He was also very organised and provided helpful forms to complete to identify key members of the wedding party, and to work out the order in which to take formal photos. On the big day, Murray arrived promptly to take some photos of my wife and her bridesmaids getting ready. He then travelled to the ceremony and took some fantastic shots of people arriving. He was professional throughout the day and clearly knew who was who. He was also very understanding of our priorities for the day and ensured we enjoyed ourselves whilst still getting some photos of us alone. One real highlight for us was that Murray was happy to stay very late into the evening (until carriages) and so got some fantastic photos of the dance-floor as the night progressed. This was quite a last-minute ask from us and so we were very fortunate that he was keen to do this, particularly as it meant working a fourteen-hour day. This long day didn’t impact his work and he still had the same energy by the end of the night. Overall, an incredible job!! Looking back through the photos once they’d been developed brought back some fantastic memories. We could tell from Murray’s previous photos that he’d be excellent for our wedding but he managed to surpass expectations. Great work.

Thank you Murray for your incredible work!Outstanding, fun, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with on our wedding day. Murray is a perfectionist and has produced over 600 photos of our wedding day of the highest quality. He puts you at ease and makes posing for photos surprisingly natural. We were very impressed that he found out the important guests’ names beforehand so he knew who to call for and focus on. He asked how many guests we had invited so could bring the equally excellent Alicia along to help photograph large numbers of people. From our initial meeting with Murray, he put us totally at ease and we knew straight away he would be the perfect photographer for our wedding. He manages to blend in and is lightning fast in capturing those candid photos of the big day. He also knows how to stage absolutely stunning shots using both natural light and flash lighting in ways average photographers wouldn’t even think of. He quite literally stood in a snowy ditch at one point just to get the perfect angle. The final shots he sent us are absolutely amazing and we couldn’t be happier with them.

We had high expectations when we looked at Murray’s online portfolio at the first place and Murray had exceeded that expectation. Me, my husband, our family and friends all love the wedding photos and the engagement photos he delivered. Murray’s photos tell a story of our wedding better than I could ever do. He captured all the precious moments without being obtrusive. We could barely notice him being around at the ceremony and the reception, yet when we looked back at the photos, he recorded even the smallest beautiful details. We received the photos really quickly. When we browsed through the photos, they were more like a movie. I don’t know what’s the best way to describe them, but you’ll know it when you see it – it’s a true documentation of everyone’s happiness, not just lots of beautiful photos together, which I think is what great wedding photos should be.

Murray and his sister Alicia did a fantastic job taking photos! I loathe having my photo taken but quite quickly I felt comfortable and wanted to pose! The group shots were all great which I was amazed by because none of my family enjoy photographs! Murray is an absolutely brilliant photographer and you will not be disappointed with the results if you choose him to be your wedding photographer. When we met with Murray for the first time, he was extremely professional but also really friendly and easy to get on with. On the day, he was brilliant at getting all the pre-arranged shots done quickly, allowing us time with our guests and putting so much effort into achieving the perfect shot, that the results are so incredible. Matt and I met Murray last summer after finding him on Google and reading all the fantastic reviews about his work. After meeting him we knew instantly we wanted him to capture our day. He photographed our wedding and celebrations on that wonderfully warm weekend in April. Bright sunshine is not the easiest environment to photograph in but Murray overcame this with ease. He was an absolute pleasure to have as our photographer. We were over the moon with the photographs which we received a month later. Murray managed to perfectly execute the balance between capturing all the special moments, but without feeling the overwhelming presence of a photographer snapping away. We chose Murray to be our wedding photographer when we got married in September 2016. We quickly established that the photographer is one of (if not the) the most important suppliers to select and we were so very pleased we chose Murray. He has a delightful and calming manner that really helped us relax in front of camera and made what can be a chore on the big day as much as it can be. We would recommend getting him to do an engagement shoot so you can get used to being photographed together (not something we’d ever really done). He proved to be an expert in the art of blending into the background and snapping away without us knowing. He is an expert with lighting and natural/contemporary wedding shots, which is exactly what we asked for. Many of our guests complimented us on his personable manner and the unobtrusive way he went about our business. I stumbled on Murray online when I was looking for photographers that were based in Surrey (as I was getting married in Northbrook Park in Surrey Oct 2015) and thank God I chose Murray as the photographer on our wedding day. Murray, an absolutely fantastic Photographer of my Wedding in Canterbury on 26 Oct 2015. He’s not only fully shows his passion in Photography but also is very professional in his work. We were shocked by his work after receiving the photos through weblink on 2 Nov 2015. Just wonder how he can deliver those amazing photos to us quickly. Every shot is perfectly captured naturally. We just confirmed Murray as our half-day wedding photographer 2 weeks before our wedding day and with no detailed meeting before shooting. We have just received our wedding photos from September this year and we have been blown away by how fantastic they are. I had researched a few photographers for our wedding but I instantly felt at ease with Murray and felt he had a good understanding of what we were after. He doesn’t interfere at all with your day – he just becomes part of it and his shots perfectly captured just how happy we felt throughout – it was perfect. We just can’t recommend Murray highly enough, our photos from our wedding day in August are just phenomenal, he’s captured everything so perfectly, and in a really relaxed and fun style, which is exactly what we were looking for. Our experience with Murray was fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. We used Murray Clarke as our wedding photographer on 30th July 2015. I would definitely recommend him as a photographer – the whole experience was simple, stress-free and no hassle. We booked Murray and his assistant Alicia for the whole day and they have captured everything you would want from your day. They were amazingly patient with all of our crazy demands and managed to circulate all of the guests and get some really amazing candid shots without getting in anyone’s way or being too obvious. A number of guests remarked on how good they were at capturing the shots without being in any way obtrusive. Murray delivered our photographs to us as a web link much faster than we had anticipated – which was a lovely bonus, especially as we got married in peak wedding season!! The USB also followed with rapid speed. A few edits we wanted to make to the photos were also done incredibly quickly. It was a pleasure to have Murray and Alicia at our wedding and I would recommend them without question.

Quite simply, I don’t think you could book a better photographer. We are beyond thrilled with Murray’s contribution to our wedding day…and we were over the moon with him before we even saw the photos! Murray was everything we wanted our photographer to be and so much more. Our family and friends loved him (that rapport is so important if you want good photos!) and he blended right in, making everyone super comfortable. We wanted a natural (non-posed), creative account of our big day and Murray totally nailed it. I honestly think his presence made us all look more attractive, too! The photographs themselves are stunning, to the extent that we’ll be reliving our big day through them for years to come without a single flinch or “oh dear, what was I doing?” Totally natural, in-the-moment shots and full of all the mojo we felt on the day. If you need a music photographer, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Murray either! We are both musicians and live performances were a big part of our day. Murray captured it all perfectly, even in tricky low-light conditions later in the evening. He took some of the best live shots anybody has ever taken of either of us. To sum it all up, you simply cannot go wrong with Murray. He’s a really lovely guy to be around, he’s super-supportive and he creates amazing photographs. Murray photographed our wedding in June 2015, and the pictures are absolutely amazing!! From our initial meeting last year, our engagement shoot, and on our wedding day itself, Murray was very professional, friendly, and really understanding. We had our engagement shoot in Richmond Park, and even though we were feeling nervous, Murray really put us at ease and helped us to feel comfortable in front of the camera. He put so much effort in to capturing the light to achieve the best photographs, even if that meant virtually standing in a stream! Murray is clearly very talented and skilled at what he does. Murray photographed our wedding in May 2015. I cannot fault his dedication and he is clearly passionate about his job as a wedding photographer. He works so hard on the day and from the photos you’d think he was in several places at once, yet we barely noticed him taking the reportage-style shots. Quite a skill! The photos are beautiful, he captured all the key aspects of our day and we can’t wait to receive the album. All our guests have complimented us on our photos and commented on how good Murray was on our day. We also had an engagement shoot with Murray. We found this incredibly helpful to get used to being photographed and working with Murray. He quickly put us at ease and produced some beautiful shots of us. He went to great lengths to capture the perfect shots – at one point involved him lying on the ground, on a chilly spring evening to capture us silhouetted in front of the sunset. We’d thoroughly recommend Murray as a wedding photographer. He will work very hard to capture your day and you will be very pleased with the results!

Our wedding photographs are absolutely stunning! And choosing Murray to shoot our wedding pics was probably the single best decision we made for our wedding because now we have a wonderful set of photographs which will last forever! And here are our reasons:- Great skills: he really knows how to ‘capture the moment’ with his photography. He doesn’t just take pics, anyone can do that. Murray however has great skill and uses impressive techniques to really capture and document the moment through his photography. is very professional, from start to finish. Murray is timely, considerate and polite!- Highly discreet, never once did we feel like we had a camera permanently in our faces. Somehow he manages to take stunning snaps without us noticing he was there- Extremely creative, his pictures have a ‘dream-like romantic’ quality to them. It’s hard to describe, but when you see his work you’ll know exactly what we mean. The colouring of his pics are soooo soft and beautiful and they made us look stunning!- Well put together, one noticeable thing to call out is that Murray was impeccably dressed on the day. Complete with a bow tie! We loved that! Small point to make but we think it’s a good point to make nonetheless. He just blended in discreetly with our guests. Those are our main points but I’ll go on to explain some of our points further below…From the beginning right up until the very end, working with Murray has been a pleasure and a breeze. Before we chose Murray we had a Skype chat with him to e-meet each other and from there we knew he was the man for the job. We found Murray to be insightful, caring, extremely professional and above all it was clear to see from day one that he was above all else passionate about photography. From then on it was kind of a no-brainer that we just had to have him take our wedding pictures. We found Murray to have a very keen eye for detail and when he joined us to do a site visit at our venue, his ideas and suggestions of how and where we could take photos just came flooding in. Needless to say, when we left we were beaming! And we could really visualize how our wedding day could be captured. On the actual day of our wedding, Murray arrived at my hotel to take the ‘getting ready shots’. My bridesmaids and I personally found him very discreet and unobtrusive. Which was a dream! It was like he wasn’t there which meant everyone in my hotel room felt at ease and in turn we got some really great pics of us getting ready. We received our photos from Murray in record time. Just a little over a week of our wedding. And whilst we looked back on them there were a lot of ‘awwwwwwwww’ moments. Every picture was great and impressive. And our family and friends loved them all too. All in all we think that Murray is awesome. And I think you’ll find that choosing him, would be the best decision you’ve made! Jemima & Steven x

Murray photographed our wedding at Farnham Castle at the end of March this year. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Non-intrusive and very creative, finding lots to photograph at the venue to capture the spirit of the castle and also managing to capture the whole day perfectly from preparations through to the first dance and start of the dancing. Murray and his sister Alicia did our wedding photography at Clandon Park in March 2015. Murray is the most friendly, down to earth man you will ever meet! He made us feel so at home when around him and able to experiment with ideas we had for both our engagement shoot and wedding shots. He has a perfect eye for detail and personalizing your pictures. The turnaround after the wedding was phenomenal! The photos were so flawless, really catching every moment as it happened. When looking for a wedding photographer I think it can be hard to decipher between them, but some major selling points to go with Murray Clarke; He makes you feel like he has all the time in the world for you both, nothing is ever to much trouble. He is honest – if he knows an idea won’t make a good photo, he will say and suggest an alternative, so you will never be disappointed! He is bubbly, fun and so down to earth, he knows how to get the best of both of you without you even realizing it. On the whole, we always said the photos were the most important thing for us, because they last a lifetime with you. Murray captured that for us and gave us the most perfect memories through a camera lens. Amazing guy, with amazing talents and I would 100% recommend him to anyone else – without a shadow of a doubt! I have to start by saying that Murray has become a good friend of mine over the last year or so, and that we share the same passion, wedding photography! It was a true pleasure having Murray photograph our Wedding in January. We had a bit of a different theme and were located at a campsite in the middle of winter – so we were really hoping to find a photographer who could understand our vision and capture the style of the day perfectly. Murray was so professional and easy to work with, he made my husband and I feel so comfortable all day, even when we were taking lots of photos in the cold! What an absolutely outstanding photographer!! We are blown away by all of our photos and are still struggling to pick ones for an album as we really do love them all. We got married in the South of France but upon a recommendation from a friend and having seen some of Murray’s other work; we knew we wanted him to shoot our wedding from the start. From the first meeting 8 months before, it was clear Murray was passionate about all aspects of photography. He had already researched the venue and came to us with ideas and even knew the time of sunset on our wedding day. I think this is one of the many reasons his images are so beautiful; he understands natural light and how to use it. Murray is so hard working, he literally didn’t stop from early in the morning until well into the evening showing true professionalism at all times, yet remaining friendly, approachable and having fun with the guests. Everyone felt relaxed as the camera was never in your face, with the majority of the time you not even realising he was there. It’s only since looking through the photos, we’ve decided he’s a ninja as we have no idea how he captured some of them. We were lucky enough to have Murray as our wedding photographer in July 2014. Murray captured great shots throughout the day ranging from casual spur of the moment shots to some superb artistic shots using shadows and the sunset. Things ran a little over at our reception but Murray stayed around longer to make sure he captured first dance and the band. We found Murray through a Google search but he quickly stood out from the crowd when we took a look at the photos on his website. Murray does an amazing job of ‘telling the story of the day’ and we were really happy that he was free to photograph our wedding day. Murray was very pleasant, helpful and easy to work with on the run-up to our big day and spent plenty of time getting to know us. On the day itself, he was very friendly with all our family and guests and put everyone, including us, at ease. A number of guests at the wedding commented on how nice he was! Most importantly we are absolutely delighted with the photos from our wedding. It was a very very happy and emotional day and Murray captured all of this and more. The photos are really beautiful, both the ‘posed’ group shots and the many many unposed photos from the morning to the early evening. We are not natural at posing for the camera but Murray did his best to put us at ease during the short ‘couple shoot’ that we did and, somewhat to our surprise, we were really happy with the results. Lots of people have already said how wonderful the photos are and I am sure we will have many more compliments in the future. When I started looking for a photographer for my wedding I couldn’t really describe what I wanted, but knew I wanted ‘moments’ captured, Murray knew exactly what I meant and his gentle demeanour instantly put me at ease. Not only did he get great shots of us, but the ones of the congregation were so beautiful. We are sure he got a lovely pic of every single person over the course of the day! What can we say about Murray “Runner” Clarke…After popping up in our ‘wedding photographers’ Google search we met up with Murray at a local pub for a chat. He ended up being the first and only photographer we spoke to – sure his price was competitive – but his fantastic portfolio and easy manner were the key things that mattered to us. In the run-up to the Wedding, he kept in touch and made sure the brief was clear – even though our heads were clearly in the clouds. Fast forward to our Big Day and he did not stop – literally – but was never in the way or intrusive, just calm, relaxed and professional – whilst tenaciously going about his business. Me and my wife Katie were hoping to find a photographer with experience of the venue, Fazeley Studios, and also someone who could create an honest, elegant and quirky collection of pictures of our big day. Murray Clarke is an extremely talented and professional photographer, not to mention a really nice guy too. I found Murray by doing a Google search and was really impressed with how comfortable and relaxed the people were in his photography. This was my first photo shoot so I didn’t really know what to expect. I got in touch with him and booked my photo shoot, and all I could do was wait and hope that I had chosen the right guy. On the day, I felt immediately at ease, as Murray was so relaxed and friendly. He was extremely patient with me and took the time to get the right angles, poses and lighting so that I looked my best. I will definitely make this an annual event and will be using Murray every time.

I found Murray by chance when looking on Google for wedding photographers who work in Surrey. I loved the look of his pictures so I got in touch. His communication was great which is very important to me. We met with Murray and felt he was just the person to do our wedding photography – we weren’t disappointed! Murray was professional and unobtrusive throughout our day and provided us with the most amazing photos which really captured the essence of our day. I really don’t like having my picture taken, but Murray made us feel so relaxed that it wasn’t a problem – and this really shows through in the photos. We couldn’t have asked for more. I found Murray via a Photographer in Surrey search on Google. There were so many to choose from and after looking into several different websites I came across Murray’s. We looked at his work and after meeting him decided to book him as our photographer for our wedding along with an engagement shoot. My fiancée was very nervous about the engagement shoot but within 10 minutes of shooting it was like we had known the guy for ages, so easygoing and relaxed. (He even brought water and snacks along to the shoot if we needed them!!) The photo turnaround was very quick and watching them on my 47″ TV at home the quality of them was unreal. So happy and as you can imagine my wife-to-be has already got one of them made into a canvas for the flat! Couldn’t recommend him more! Murray recently took portrait photos of my 6-month-old son, which me and my partner also had a few family ones done as well. From the moment I met Murray he was so warm and helpful and throughout the shoot he let us go at our own pace taking breaks when we needed to. When I received the photos I absolutely loved every single one of them!!! He did such an amazing job capturing our son’s cheeky little personality and editing them with different folders on the CD with different effects on the photos e.g. Black & white and vintage. On the weekend I showed my friends and family the photos and they all said they were stunning, would highly recommend him to everyone looking for amazing family/ baby photos! I will be ringing Murray for our next family photo session without a doubt, hopefully when baby number 2 is on its way 🙂 I am getting married in St Lucia in October and it’s a shame I can’t fit him in my suitcase so he can take my wedding photos!

Thank you so much to Murray for our fabulous couple shoot. We were slightly let down by our wedding photos from another photographer so wanted some pictures of us together as a couple and Murray didn’t disappointed. We were first introduced to Murray by my husband’s sister when we were looking for a wedding photographer. From the outset, Murray was extremely professional, friendly and made us both feel extremely relaxed and confident that we were in good hands and had found the right person to capture our day! We discussed in detail what we wanted from the pictures and Murray was more than happy to accommodate our specific requests as well as suggesting some brilliant ideas that we used. On the actual day of the wedding, he was there from the outset right to the end, but was very discreet and I barely noticed his presence for a lot of the day. We were both really nervous about having our photos taken as we don’t really like being in front of a camera, but Murray put us at ease and the natural style of the photos was exactly what we wanted. Some of the angles and details that he captured I would never have thought of and they have really made a difference to our photo album. We are so happy with our photos as are our family and friends, so much so that my bridesmaid has already booked Murray up for her wedding later this year!! Thanks again Murray, you are the best!

My friend Lucinda recommended Murray to Ted and I after she’d had some great model portrait shots done by him. We were immediately impressed when we met him and saw the range of his work. We didn’t want conventional wedding shots, but something a bit more arty and creative. He intuitively knew what we wanted, came up with some great ideas and the results were fabulous. We were SO happy when we saw them. He is a genius! He managed to capture all the special moments of the day in an unobtrusive fashion and made everyone feel really relaxed. The shots he composed would not have looked out of place in Vogue, which is exactly what we wanted. I cried when I saw the album, it was just perfect. We hired Murray to take some shots for PR purposes. We wanted some professional photos taken to help generate press coverage for our company, Sound Generation. He was an absolute professional from start to finish. He took a genuine interest in the project and asked all the right questions to make sure he worked exactly to brief. We couldn’t be happier with the results. He was on hand every step of the way to answer any queries we had, and the photos came back to us at lightning speed! Murray was extremely flexible and even took a few shots of us with our daughter which was an unexpected surprise! We couldn’t recommend Murray highly enough. We cannot praise Murray highly enough as a wedding photographer. Our photos were professionally taken and really convey the mood of the wedding day. What most pleased us about using Murray for our wedding photographs was that he consistently took the initiative throughout the day to ensure that all the important moments were captured. From the start of the day when we were dashing around to finish our last preparations, to the reception afterwards where guests were happily talking, Murray was always nearby to give us memories of the day. Murray was very receptive to our requests for particular photos and excellent at providing us with ideas for other photographs that we might not have otherwise considered. Murray and his photography were recommended to us for our wedding by some close friends. Me and my husband got married on the 5th April and we’ve just had the thrill of seeing the photos – they’re gorgeous or “cracking” as my other half described them! After searching around for a wedding photographer we asked Murray to photograph our wedding day. We returned from our honeymoon to find that the pictures had arrived and we were absolutely thrilled with them! Murray was very friendly throughout and he captured the day beautifully. We hardly even noticed him being there most of the time and he blended in very well. My partner and I had a special photoshoot with Murray Clarke as a Valentine’s present to each other. Murray was great at helping us decide on a location and style for the shoot and his expertise was invaluable in helping us visualise what we could expect the finished photos to look. We decided to have a shoot in the stunning Richmond Park, with a vintage Winter feel. We checked out Murray’s website and chose him based on his example pictures and obvious passion for quality and experimental photography. I have to say, we were certainly not disappointed! When on-site, The passion Murray has for his trade is clear. His technical ability and vision are astonishing. I really feel grateful for the fact that this passion and individuality really came through in our set of unique pictures. He also really put us at ease and gave us lots of input in terms of what we thought might look good. We are really pleased with the final pictures and they are just as good, if not better than what we expected with lots of different shots and styles with a range of different lighting and camera techniques.
