Wedding Photographer Essex

I’m very humbled to have been selected as one of the UK’s top 50 wedding photographers. I’ve been shooting weddings across Essex, capturing meaningful moment and little touches, for many years, and I’m thrilled to have been recognised for my craft. I use a blend of reportage photography and contemporary portraiture to capture these special occasions. Fantastic for catching that look in his eye, that emotional hug, those special decorations made by friends, the vintage necklace passed down through the family – I take the time to pick out the perfect details to shoot and the moments which really matter.

Whether I’m photographing preparations, staged shots or spontaneous fun, I ensure every guest and subject feels completely comfortable.

Ellie & Andrew’s Maiden Barn Wedding

Who doesn’t love a beautiful barn wedding? Homely, rural and natural, these venues feel “just right” for romantic, celebratory occasions surrounded by family and friends.

Following a beautiful ceremony at St Mary the Virgin Church in Great Leighs, Ellie and Andrew celebrated their marriage in style at the historic 1800s Maiden Barn nearby. With the local rape seed crop in full bloom, I was able to photograph the couple in the midst of glorious yellow flowers, creating a striking contrast with Ellie’s white dress and Andrew’s sharp suit (and getting covered in pollen in the process!).
