Millbridge Court is the perfect combination of traditional elegance and contemporary design, making it one of Surrey’s great wedding venues. Situated right in the centre of the stunning Surrey countryside, Millbridge Court boasts wonderful views and lots of opportunities for beautiful images. This whole package, paired with the amazing team, makes Millbridge Court the perfect setting for a wedding.
The entire place is beautifully finished to a very high standard featuring high ceilings and large windows that let in lots (and lots!) of stunning natural light. Ali and Paul chose this lovely venue for their civil ceremony in the ceremony hall and reception in the oak-beamed dining room.
The day started upstairs with the preparations as Ali and her bridesmaids were made up and ready to go for the big moment. Afterwards a beautiful ceremony confetti was thrown on the lawn and everyone gathered around the couple to congratulate them on tying the knot! Millbridge Court has stunning grounds and this made for the perfect setting for a relaxed and romantic couple shoot. Ali and Paul are a really genuine couple who felt at ease in front of the lens and this resulted in some wonderful images against the picturesque backdrops.
The meal and speeches soon followed and there were lots of touching moments and tearful eyes in the room! Just as the sun was getting low in the sky I took Ali and Paul out of the grounds and across the road to make use of a nearby meadow which made for some lovely warm pictures.
The day finished in style with plenty of dancing and partying and it was a real pleasure to work with such an amazing couple at Millbridge Court.
