Rebecca and Clement’s Wedding at Denbies Wine Estate

Denbies Vineyard Wedding Venue in Surrey

Denbies Wine Estate is England’s largest vineyard and also a beautiful place to get married. It’s the perfect venue for wine fans, nature lovers, or those just ooking for something out of the ordinary! Nestled in over 200 acres of Surrey countryside the vineyard produces award-winning wines that are included in all of their wedding packages. I always enjoy capturing weddings here and when Rebecca and Clement asked me to be their wedding photographer for their big day in November, I was really looking forward to it.

The couple had a religious ceremony in a church several miles away before travelling to Denbies for a second informal ceremony in the Garden Room. There was just enough time between the two ceremonies to allow for a short walk in the vast vineyards where I took some romantic shots of the two of them. The Denbies Cellar is a very dark and atmospheric wine cellar that was a great setting for the drinks reception. I know many photographers who struggle in this venue but I absolutely love working in the low light as it opens up some many dramatic opportunities for awesome shots.

With moments to spare before the guests were called in for the wedding breakfast I utilised the Conservatory Atrium for a unique shot of Rebecca and Erand amongst the thousands of tealights used to decorate the room. After the meal and some heartfelt words from the couple it was time to head back in to the Garden Room for the dancing to get underway!

It was an amazing day and I loved capturing some wonderful moments for this great couple………
