My approach to wedding photography
I adopt a photojournalistic approach to my work, having previously worked as a cameraman for television. I’ve focussed my attention on weddings for the past 13 years, and I’m delighted to have recently been named one of the country’s best photographers. Using my cameras I want to capture the unique personalities of everyone I meet to create a personal record of the people you love.
With my kind personality, I strive to blend into the wedding by being unobtrusive and respectful. I don’t want to be in the way or stand out, so I adopt a subtle approach while taking pictures. This results in storytelling compositions with relaxed subject as everyone will feel at ease in front of the camera.
