Hartsfield Manor in Betchworth is nestled in the beautiful Surrey countryside. As you approach the impressive driveway underneath the towering trees, the magnificent Victorian mansion house emerges in the distance.
Set on 16 acres of stunning grounds, this idyllic setting is the perfect place to celebrate your special day. Hartsfield Manor dates back to the 19th century and is full of character and charm. With its high ceilings, grand staircase and period features, it’s easy to see why Enmee and Chris chose this spectacular venue for their wedding in the Autumn.
Wedding day
The day began with the preparations in the dressing room as Enmee and her sisters were made up for the day. There was an air of excitement as the bridesmaids helped her into her dress, and it was soon time for her to meet Chris downstairs to exchange vows. The Hartsfield Lounge was the perfect setting for their emotional ceremony and the newly married couple emerged to a shower of bubbles, making for an enchanting way to start their married life!
Once they’d had plenty of time to mingle and sip bubbly I lead them on a tour of the beautiful Autumnal grounds for their couple shoot. The gorgeous yellows and browns gave a warm glow to the images and Enmee and Chris were very relaxed in front of the lens.
The tables in the Terrace Restaurant looked amazing, and a quirky feline theme ran through the wedding details. Enmee works for an animal sanctuary and, like myself, is a cat lover, so we had plenty of chats about our cats! 🙂
After some heartfelt speeches, the day finished in style in the lounge as the newlyweds and their guests partied into the night.
