Coltsford Mill in Oxted, Surrey is a modern barn finished to a very high standard. Situated within 12 acres of land in the middle of the beautiful countryside it boasts panoramic views and two stunning lakes that flow out to the river Eden. Dee and Ben wanted a very realaxed day with their family and friends to celebrate tying the knot and I was very pleased when they chose me to be their wedding photographer.
I started the day capturing the venue in its beautiful setting before meeting Dee and her bridesmaids in the onsite Honeymoon Cottage.
The ceremony took place in the Watermill Barn that is bathed in beautiful natural light and after the couple exchanged their vows they lead their guests in to the sunshine for a relaxed drinks reception. After they’d had time to mingle and kick back I took Dee and Ben on a tour of the picturesque surroundings for some romantic moments.
Once the room had been turned around it was time for the wedding breakfast in the barn and this was the setting for lots of funny speeches and heartfelt words that followed. The dancing was soon underway and the evening finished off in style with a fantastic fireworks display from Platinum fireworks.
It was a real pleasure capturing these images at Coltsford Mill and I received this lovely email from the happy couple…….
