Located in the heart of the South Downs National Park lies the beautiful Upwaltham Barns. This Sussex venue is set within stunning gardens with colourful flowerbeds adorning every corner. This setting was just perfect for Sophie and Jamie’s very special wedding in the Autumn.
Both of the barns ooze character and the lovely couple married in the idyllic East Barn. Afterwards the guests threw confetti at them in the courtyard before gathering around to toast the excited couple! After they’d finished their bubbly I took the newly married couple for a romantic set of shots around the grounds. They’re a very relaxed couple and great in front of the lens which made for some lovely images.
The South Barn was the magnificent setting for the meal and evening reception, and the warm lighting created a wonderful atmosphere! There was just enough time after the speeches to hike up to the top of the hill for some panoramic views of the countryside and a gorgeous sunset.
Sophie and Jamie were a joy to work with, and I’m very pleased that they loved their images from Upwaltham Barns…….
