On offer is a range of unique spaces for your dream wedding. Plenty of beautiful soft light makes it a wedding photographer’s dream setting. Pictures at this venue are never grainy, as I never have to push the capabilities of my cameras as I document the day. There are two stunning areas that I feel cater for the needs of every bride and groom:

The Vine Room at Northbrook Park wedding venue in Farnham. The Vine Room

The stunning Vine Room features marble flooring, intricately detailed chandeliers and tall windows, creating a space with abundant natural light. It can accommodate up to 200 people for the ceremony and has a dining capacity of 120. There’s also a small room for your pre-wedding interview with the registrars and a bar area for the evening reception. This elegant space looks out to the pretty Nun’s garden, with a quaint water feature and a magnolia tree. I love to capture pictures of the bride and groom in these settings as they exchange their wows and relax after the ceremony.

The Orangery at Northbrook Park wedding venue in Farnham. The Orangery

The beautiful Orangery offers scenic views of the secluded gardens and surrounding countryside. This room is a lovely, light, and airy space for the wedding breakfast and evening reception. It caters to up to 250 guests for the meal and 300 people in the evening. I love to include the two walled gardens in my photography compositions on the impressive grounds. This area is perfect for mingling in the dappled shade of the tall trees and ivy clinging to the red brick walls, allowing for pretty images. I’ll move quietly during the drinks reception, recording the action with my cameras so as not to disturb the guests. I’ll be on the lookout for the special moments as the newlyweds celebrate with their loved ones.

Here is a selection of weddings I’ve enjoyed documenting at Northbrook Park over the years. Please click the images to enter the full photo gallery.

Jess and Ben’s wedding was a wonderful day filled with love and joy. They had waited patiently through lockdowns, and finally, their big day had arrived! Jess got ready in one of the beautiful rooms on-site, surrounded by her bridesmaids and family. The couple exchanged their vows in the elegant Vine room, with warm sunlight streaming through the tall windows, casting a glow as they tied the knot.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests headed outside, basking in the hot, sunny weather as I captured shots of them mingling with their guests. For the couple’s portrait session, we ambled around the gardens away from the crowd, and this resulted in some relaxed and intimate images. The wedding breakfast in the Orangery looked stunning, and the speeches were filled with laughter as everyone toasted to the happy bride and groom.

As their chosen photographer for their Autumnal wedding, I enjoyed recording the magical moments, including some atmospheric evening shots that perfectly illustrated the romantic ambience in the air. Jess and Ben’s happy and friendly demeanour was evident as they enjoyed their first dance and partied the night away with their guests.

It was an immense pleasure to capture Jenny and Tom’s special day at Northbrook Park with my cameras. They’re a relaxed couple who felt at ease as I documented the action behind the lens and recorded their special moments. Jen’s preparation at the couple’s home added a personal touch to the wedding and perfectly complimented the photography too. The Vine Room was the intimate setting for their vows as their friends and family looked on with excitement. Following the nuptials, we explored the stunning grounds, capturing some intimate pictures as husband and wife. It was a fantastic reception in the Orangery, decorated beautifully with pastel shades and warm tones.

Overall, it was a fun, happy and memorable day, and I was delighted that they were featured in Wedding Ideas magazine. Jen and Tom’s relaxed personality made documenting their spring wedding rewarding. Each photograph illustrated the special moments of their union, and I really enjoyed taking pictures of them.

Kirstine and Richard’s wedding was iconic and memorable. Kirstine got ready on-site and walked down the aisle in the enchanting Vine room, which has an abundance of natural light that makes for fantastic photography.

After their heartfelt ceremony, they ventured into the walled garden to celebrate with their guests, who enjoyed the picture-perfect surroundings. The wedding breakfast took place in the sunny Orangery, where guests enjoyed delicious food and listened to the speeches as I took pictures of the action.

I’m delighted that they chose me as their photographer. Capturing the essence of their day through the viewfinder highlighted the beauty and romance of the Summer setting. The newlyweds shared an energy-filled first dance as their guests celebrated joyously on the dance floor. It was a truly magical day that made for a beautiful wedding gallery.

Danny and Lisa got married at Northbrook Park in the Summer, and their wedding was one I will never forget. Lisa prepared for her big day in one of the lodges on-site, just a stone’s throw from the Vine Room. This added to the anticipation and excitement before Lisa walked down the aisle. The couple exchanged vows surrounded by family and friends, who welcomed my presence and felt at ease in front of my cameras. Following their heartwarming ceremony, the drinks reception spilt outdoors, where fun and laughter echoed through the picturesque gardens.

The Orangery is a beautiful space and hosted the wedding breakfast, setting the scene for speeches and toasts. As their wedding photographer, I had the honour of capturing the bride and groom’s romance throughout the celebrations, with a great first dance and a lively reception of festivities.

Gemma and Lee are a lovely couple. Their winter wedding was held in the Vine Room, and the surrounding countryside made epic backdrops for their portraits.

The day continued with some emotional speeches after the wedding breakfast in the Orangery. Sometimes, I need to step back from the action and use my longer lens to zoom in instead. I do this when I need to give people space to allow the moments to unfold naturally without intruding.

The Orangery was also the beautiful space for the couple’s first dance, as the couple kicked off the party in style. I really connected with Gemma and Lee and enjoyed documenting their wedding.

Alix and Ben chose Northbrook Park for their September wedding, and it was a relaxed celebration filled with great moments of joy. Alix prepared for her special day at a nearby Air BnB and exchanged vows with Ben in the Vine Room, bathed in sunshine. After sealing their union, they made the most of the glorious weather outside and enjoyed the close company of their wedding guests as I observed through the lens.

The Orangery was a stunning setting where heartfelt moments and lots of laughs were shared as the evening reception unfolded. I enjoyed capturing their special day and creating unforgettable images that told their love story.

J’aime and Shola are a fun-loving couple who chose this country estate for their big day. It was a vibrant wedding infused with colour, culture, and love. The idyllic Vine Room was the location for the ceremony, embraced by the vibe of a sunny day. The gardens here created the lush greenery that I love to use in my compositions, and this made for some wonderful shots of the new husband and wife as they held each other closely.

The wedding breakfast in the Orangery blended African flair with energy-filled moments that make for epic pictures. Their first dance was a real highlight, starting off the evening with lively festivities and traditional dancing. As the action speeds up, I’ll use a wide-angle lens and flashgun to freeze the moments in time with a fast shutter speed.

J’aime and Shola’s friendly and outgoing personalities resonated throughout their amazing day, and I was so pleased they selected me as their wedding photographer.
